Instructions

1. • • Open your Web browser and navigate to the HTC TyTN II phone's download page. (See Resources.)
     • Click the "Download" link under the description of the software update you need.
     • Connect your phone to the computer using the USB cable.
     • Enter the serial number of the phone and click "Submit." The serial number is found on a white sticker under the phone's battery.
     • Select the most recent version of the software available and select the location nearest you.
     • Click "Download" to download the program to your computer.
     • Open the program and run it to install the new software on to your phone. The whole process can take up to 30 minutes. Do not disconnect the phone from the computer until you receive a message stating that the update is complete.
